La Fouine, whose real name is Laouni Mouhid, was born on December 25, 1981 in Trappes, Yvelines. Drawn to music from an early age, he dropped out of school at 14 to pursue his passion. His career took off in the early 2000s with acclaimed mixtapes, such as "Planète Trappes" and "Capitale du Crime".

A rapper with a sharp flow and hard-hitting lyrics, La Fouine quickly established himself as one of the key figures in French rap. His style, skillfully blending hardcore rap and catchy melodies, allowed him to reach a wide audience.
