Wejdene Chaïb, known by her stage name Wejdene, is a French singer born on 23 April 2004 in Saint-Denis, Seine-Saint-Denis. Of Tunisian origin, she grew up in the Paris suburbs and developed a passion for music from an early age.

In 2020, when she was just 16, she made a name for herself on social networks, particularly on TikTok, with her song ‘Anissa’. The song became a veritable phenomenon, racking up millions of views and propelling Wejdene to the forefront of the French music scene.

In September 2020, Wejdene released her debut album ‘16’, which was a huge success. The album went platinum in France and became one of the biggest hits of the year.
