Jahyanai

Jahyanai, whose real name is Wendy Torvic, is a French singer-songwriter and producer born on September 23, 1991, in Macouria, French Guiana.

From a young age, he was immersed in music and began writing and composing his own songs during his teenage years. He ventured into the underground music scene in 2006 and achieved success in French Guiana in 2010 with his track "Pas guin regrets."

In 2012, he was awarded "Male Revelation of the Year" at the Hit Lokal Awards. He continued to garner awards and collaborations, notably with the singer Bamby, producing the hit song "Who Mad Again" in 2017.

In 2020, he signed with Sony/ATV Music Publishing France and released the album "Trafic Inter."

His music is a skillful blend of ragga, dancehall, reggae, and urban influences, making him one of the most prominent Guyanese artists on the international scene.
